The way to the next level: written down, rated by both sides.

Levelvine holds a career framework and cuts a plan for one person out of it. You and your manager rate the same building blocks separately. Where the two ratings differ, the gap sits in the plan instead of surfacing in the annual review.

Example: four building blocks of a plan, level 1 to 4

  • Explaining technical decisions Self-rating 3/4, Manager 3/4
  • Reviews that move others forward Self-rating 4/4, Manager 2/4
  • Leading a project across teams Self-rating 2/4, Manager 2/4
  • Onboarding junior colleagues Self-rating 2/4, Manager 3/4

Self-rating Manager Both agree Gap

On reviews, two levels sit between the ratings. That building block is what goes on the agenda of the next conversation, together with the evidence both sides entered.

What Levelvine does

  • A career framework of tracks, levels and competency areas.
  • Growth plans per person, assembled from building blocks of that framework.
  • Separate ratings by employee and manager, with evidence on each block.
  • An agenda for the next conversation, built from the blocks where ratings differ.
  • The plan as a PDF when someone needs it outside the app.

Pay and promotion are decided by the organisation, not by Levelvine. The app tracks no activity and analyses neither working hours nor tools. Building blocks and talking points are suggested by AI; what gets used is what a person confirms.

Levelvine is work in progress. This is where the product pages will sit once the first version is in use.
